In 1963 the Southern Baptist Convention adopted a doctrinal statement entitled the Baptist Faith and Message. Laurel Hill identifies the 1963 version of this document as its doctrinal statement.

The following was adopted as the Mission Statement for Laurel Hill Baptist Church in March 2013.

 

As the body of Christ at Laurel Hill Baptist Church, we will worship God through word and music, and unite with other believers to expand our fellowship, ministry and outreach, and we will use our gifts of hospitality and service to reach out to our community, so that we might win the unchurched and unsaved for Jesus Christ, that we might serve in His name, and that we might ourselves grow in our relationships with the Lord and with each other.
